VinCSS Media Monitoring system, known as VinCSS COTIP, is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution or a data package. The COTIP system specializes in monitoring and collecting news and information from over 1,500 news websites, online newspapers, blogs, and forums, both domestic Vietnam and international. The COTIP system allows users to track news articles on topics of interest, detect them as soon as they appear in the media, or provide data to analytical systems for news analysis.

The COTIP system is a valuable tool for the media and communication departments of businesses or media organizations, helping them stay informed, monitor the media landscape, and detect early signs of communication crises.   • News Collection: The COTIP system monitors and collects near-real-time news articles from over 1,500 news websites, online newspapers, blogs, and forums, both domestic and international.
  • Tracking Topics of Interest: The COTIP system allows users to configure keywords to define topics of interest, enabling them to track only the news streams that are relevant to them.
  • Real-time News Monitoring via Messaging Apps: The COTIP system allows users to monitor near-real-time news (with a delay of 3-5 minutes) through popular messaging apps such as Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Users can stay updated on news from anywhere, at any time. All news articles are automatically summarized before being sent through messages.
  • Scheduled Media Reports: In addition to real-time news monitoring, the COTIP system can send scheduled media reports to users via email according to predefined schedules. These media reports are typically Excel lists of news articles from a specific period.
  • News Exploration: Besides allowing users to actively filter and search for news directly within messaging apps, the COTIP system provides users with a web interface to read news and perform filtering, searching, and news list extraction as needed.
  • News Sentiment Analysis: The COTIP system can automatically assess the sentiment of news articles (positive or negative), and the sentiment evaluation results are updated in scheduled media reports.
